Terms of service

Last updated 31 October 2026

Draft for review. Please have these terms checked by a lawyer before the site takes payments.

pharmacology.tv is run by ResearchPlexus, a sole proprietorship of Paresh Girdharlal Koli (“we”, “us”), of 303, 3rd floor, Mahesh Building, N M Joshi Marg, Bakri Adda, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400011. GSTIN: 27BHVPK4510L1ZV. These terms apply to this website, to the PharmaCAL software at cal.pharmacology.tv, and to any app, licence or subscription we supply. By using them you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

  • PharmaCAL: simulated pharmacology experiments. The Tutorial and demo of each are free; full access needs a college licence or a student plan.
  • Student plans: home access for one student, by the month, year, three years or for life.
  • College licence: full access on one campus, exam mode, staff logins and results for a named college, for the period on the invoice. A lifetime licence lasts for as long as PharmaCAL is offered and includes two years of updates and hosting, after which an optional update plan applies.
  • Slide library: downloadable lecture decks for subscribers, when it opens.

2. Accounts

Staff accounts are created for a licensed college. Keep your password private and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account. The college is responsible for who it gives accounts to, and for the students it enrols in exams.

3. Fees and payment

Prices are shown on the pricing page in Indian rupees and include GST. College licences are invoiced and are due as stated on the invoice. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date. Online payments are handled by a payment provider, and we do not see or store your card details. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.

4. Copyright and licence to use

PharmaCAL, its experiment models and parameters, drug and response data, tutorials, exam banks, slide decks, graphics and text are © 2026 Paresh Koli (pharmacology.tv). All rights reserved. They are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India) and international treaties.

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own teaching and learning, or, under a college licence, for that college’s teaching and exams. You may not:

  • copy, mirror, host or redistribute the software, the slide decks or any part of them;
  • share your login or downloaded decks with people outside your licence;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or extract the models or data, except as the law expressly allows;
  • build, sell or distribute a product that copies or adapts any of our modules or decks;
  • remove or change any copyright notice, watermark or licence check.

5. Teaching use only

PharmaCAL is a teaching simulation. Its responses come from models, not patients or animals, and must not be used for clinical decisions, research conclusions or drug dosing.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the services available at all times but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may improve or change features. If we withdraw a paid service during a paid period, we will refund the unused part.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending use

You can stop using the services at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, for example by sharing logins or copying content.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts at Mumbai.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version on this page. Email support@pharmacology.tv, or write to us at the address above. You can also use our contact page.
