Refund and cancellation policy

Delivery
Everything we sell is digital. College licences are activated, and staff logins sent by email, within 2 working days of payment. Slide library subscriptions start as soon as payment succeeds, and decks are downloaded from your account. Nothing is shipped.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel a slide library subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. It stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew.
Refunds
- College licences: a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of activation and no exam has been run. After that, licences are not refundable, except as set out in our terms.
- Slide library: because decks can be downloaded at once, payments are not refundable once a deck has been downloaded. If you have not downloaded anything, you can ask for a refund within 7 days of payment.
- Duplicate or failed payments: always refunded in full.
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 working days of approval. Bank processing times may add a few days.
